We have a proven track record of successful site acquisitions in the care and retirement living sectors. We source sites on a national basis for a number of clients within these sectors and typically acquire plots of land between 1 and 5 acres.

We take a proactive approach using the latest software as well as our strong nationwide network of contacts to unearth opportunities, many of which are off market.

ROADSIDE RETAIL

We represent a number of roadside retail operators and understand exactly what makes a good roadside retail site. From site identification through to lease completion we assist every step of the way. We also work with a number of developers in terms of site identification and assembly aswell as work with Landlords to secure the best leasehold terms from the most appropriate operator.

We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent relationships with our retailers, developers and landlords and have a number of transactions in our pipeline.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

With the EV charging market growing rapidly, we have the pleasure of working with several of the UK's largest EV operators to deliver chargers across the country. We have been active in this fledgling sector since 2019 and have built a strong market knowledge over this time. This is particularly helpful when developer/landlord clients require assistance in selecting the the most suitable EV operator for their schemes.

INVESTMENTS

We have a number of clients looking to invest in the roadside retail sector given its continued growth and proven rental growth over the last 10 years. In addition Howie Property are also involved in a handful of off market sale transactions.
