YARM RD, STOCKTON-ON-TEES TS18 3SA - STARBUCKS DRIVE THRU LETTING

  • Howie Property Ltd introduced this site to 23.5 Degrees Limited back in 2017

  • After 7 years, 3 landlord's & 1 failed planned application, we finally secured a consent.

  • We also introduced JD Gyms to the site & have one of our EV charging clients (EVC) installing  6 x charging bays in a few months time.

HARLAXTON ROAD, GRANTHAM - STARBUCKS DRIVE THRU LETTING

  • Howie Property Ltd were instructed by Apsley House Capital to secure a drive thru tenant on a leasehold basis at the above location.

  • Negotiations were concluded with KBeverage Ltd (t/a Starbucks), one of the largest Starbucks franchisees in the UK.

  • Starbucks opened for trade in October 2024 after an extensive fit out.

  • BP Pulse are also located on the scheme and operate 20+ EV charging bays.

ASHBY ROAD, SCUNTHORPE - STARBUCKS DRIVE THRU LETTING & ACQUISITION

  • Howie Property Ltd introduced the subject site to KBeverage Ltd (t/a Starbucks).

  • Leasehold terms were agreed and an agreement for lease was exchanged.

  • Howie Property Ltd also represented Osprey (EV charging operator) and Tanning Shop and negotiated leasehold terms on their behalf. A Co-op convenience store completed the line up on this new development.

  • KBeverage Ltd subsequently purchased the freehold of the drive thru, again represented by Howie Property Ltd.

FLETTON CLOSE, COALVILLE, LEICESTERSHIRE - GRIDSERVE LETTING

  • Howie Property Ltd introduced a development site next to Aldi to EV operator Gridserve.

  • Leasehold terms were agreed and an agreement for lease then exchanged.

  • Planning consent was secured and the charging hub is now open and trading alongside a new Costa Drive Thru. 

  • 6 x 350kw chargers have been installed.

  • Howie Property Ltd have concluded two further lettings for Gridserve in Stanley and Canterbury.

CARBROOK HALL ROAD, SHEFFIELD  - IONITY LETTING

  • Howie Property Ltd represented the Landlord in securing a suitable EV charging operator on a leasehold basis.

  • The subject land is situated adjacent to a Starbucks drive thru and is therefore ideally suited for EV charging.

  • Ionity were chosen as the preferred tenant and a planning application was swiftly submitted and granted.

  • Ionity opened for trade in the summer and have 9 x 350kw chargers in operation.

LINCOLNSHIRE SHOWGROUND, LINCOLN  - STARBUCKS DRIVE THRU LETTING

  • Howie Property Ltd introduced this site to KBeverage Ltd (T/a Starbucks).

  • The scheme was a proposed new development with a McDonalds Drive Thru and petrol filling station also planned.

  • Howie Property Ltd negotiated leasehold terms on behalf of KBeverage Ltd and assisted through to exchange of contracts.

  • A planning consent was secured and the site opened for trade in October 2024.

STANDARD HILL, COALVILLE, LEICESTERSHIRE - LNT CARE DEVELOPMENTS ACQUISITION

 

  • Howie Property Ltd sourced and introduced a plot of land at the above location to our long established care home client LNT Care Developments.

  • LNT will build a 66 bed care home on the subject site,

  • A price was agreed for the freehold purchase for a 1.5 acre plot.

  • Contracts have been exchanged with planning due in Q1 2025.

  • The carehome will open in Q1 2026.
