  • Howie Property Ltd were instructed by KBeverage Ltd (T/a Starbucks to secure a premises for them in Ilford. 

  • After an extensive search the subject unit was selected for further negotiations. 

  • Howie Property Ltd negotiated the lease terms from start to finish with a 10 year lease being agreed. 

  • Starbucks opened for trade in November after an extensive fit out.

  • Howie Property Ltd represented the Landord with regards to the sale of the trading Tuffins fuel station in Welshpool.

  • The transaction was agreed off market.

  • Howie Property Ltd identified a suitable purchaser to acquire the site quickly and efficiently at a price suitable to our client.

  • The site was sold free of fuel and shop supply.

  • Planning consent was granted in November 2023 for a 66 bed care home which will include a garden room, cinema room sky bar, cafe bar and health and beauty facilities.

  • On behalf of a developer client, Howie Property Ltd secured Starbucks as the tenant for a proposed new drive thru next to Aldi at the above location.

  • Starbucks will open for trade in 2024 and will sit alongside a BP Pulse EV Charging hub.

  • The Drive Thru  unit will be 1,840 sq ft.

  • Starbucks have taken a 20 year lease.

  • All sites are open and operational with neighbouring occupiers consisting of Tesco Express, Starbucks, Burger King, Taco Bell and Greggs.
