After an extensive search the subject unit was selected for further negotiations.
Howie Property Ltd negotiated the lease terms from start to finish with a 10 year lease being agreed.
Starbucks opened for trade in November after an extensive fit out.

On behalf of a developer client, Howie Property Ltd secured Starbucks as the tenant for a proposed new drive thru next to Aldi at the above location.
Starbucks will open for trade in 2024 and will sit alongside a BP Pulse EV Charging hub.
The Drive Thru unit will be 1,840 sq ft.
Starbucks have taken a 20 year lease.
