Torsion have acquired the land on a freehold basis and will build a 72 bed care home on the subject site.
The development is now in construction and will open towards the end of 2026.

Fastned are a leading European company who own, operate and build ultra rapid charging stations.
Fastned have taken a 30 year lease and 16 ultra rapid chargers will operate from the site.
The development will open during 2026.

Howie Property Ltd represented the Landlord, Norfolk Land Development Limited to secure a tenant on their surplus land at the above address.
Howie Property Ltd canvassed the likely roadside retail operators and, after a competitive bidding process, proceeded with KBeverage Limited (t/a Starbucks) on a leasehold basis.
KBeverage Ltd now operates 65 Starbucks stores nationwide with the subject site due to open mid 2026.

Howie Property Ltd represented Starbucks Coffee Company (UK) Limited in securing a leasehold opportunity at the above address.
The newly developed retail scheme consists of Aldi, Greggs, KFC and Starbucks.
Starbucks have taken a 15 year lease and will open to the public in June 2026.
