Howie Property Ltd canvassed the likely roadside retail operators and, after a competitive bidding process, proceeded with KBeverage Limited (t/a Starbucks) on a leasehold basis.

KBeverage Ltd now operates 65 Starbucks stores nationwide with the subject site due to open mid 2026.
