COULBY NEWHAM, MIDDLESBOROUGH - ACQUISITION

Howie Property Ltd sourced and introduced a plot of land at the above location, next to Tesco, to care home developer Torsion.
Torsion have acquired the land on a freehold basis and will build a 72 bed care home on the subject site.
The development is now in construction and will open towards the end of 2026.

Howie Property Ltd introduced a plot of land, next to Lidl, to Fastned UK Limited who will build a EV charging hub on the site.
Fastned are a leading European company who own, operate and build ultra rapid charging stations.
Fastned have taken a 30 year lease and 16 ultra rapid chargers will operate from the site.
The development will open during 2026.

Howie Property Ltd canvassed the likely roadside retail operators and, after a competitive bidding process, proceeded with KBeverage Limited (t/a Starbucks) on a leasehold basis.
KBeverage Ltd now operates 65 Starbucks stores nationwide with the subject site due to open mid 2026.
